We deliver your order to you by parcel via DHL / Deutsche Post. All deliveries are insured as standard per package up to a value of 500 euros. We are happy to insure a higher value of goods for you on request at an additional cost. Please contact us separately at info@modellbahn-kramm.com.

We will collect the due invoice amount from your account by direct debit. Your bank details must be given in writing or
already be available. The dispatch takes place after 4 bank working days. This payment option does not exist for first-time
customers.

We will send you an invoice for your ordered items, which are ready to be shipped. After receipt of payment, the delivery will
be sent to you.

We will charge your credit card with the amount due. You must provide your credit card details in writing or we already have

We will debit the invoice amount due to your credit card. You must provide your credit card details in writing or we already

We deliver your order to you via economy or premium package through DHL / Deutsche Post. All deliveries from Hilden abroad are insured per shipment up to a goods value of 2,500 Euros.
Goods that are available will be delivered to you within a few days. We will send you new products and articles that need to be procured for you as soon as we receive them.
We only deliver abroad against advance invoice or with credit card payment.
You have to pay bank charges for international transfers. We recommend making the transfer to our Postbank account in Germany.
The cheapest and inexpensive solution for both parties is payment by credit card.
