METROPOLITAN Car Set Part 1
Prototype: Four German Railroad, Inc. (DB AG), business area Metropolitan Express Train, Inc. / DB Travel & Tourism (currently DB Long-Distance Service) express train passenger cars types Apmz 116.0 (Car 1), Apmz 116.2 (Car 2), Apmkz 116.6 (Car 3), Apmz 116.4 (Car 4), and a type Apmbzf 116.8 cab control car (Car 7). The cars look as they did around 1999 for the Metropolitan Express Train.
Model: The cars are new tooling. All of the cars have close coupler mechanisms and built-in LED interior lighting. The cab control car has triple headlights at the cab end, which change over 3 x white and 2 x red and cab lighting. Replaceable, scale skirting for the car ends is included for all the cars for operation on large radius curves. Total length over the buffers 825 mm / 32-1/2.
One-time series for Trix Club members.
Combining this car set with the 15161 car set and the 16085 locomotive will give you a prototypical METROPOLITAN from 1999.
