Electric locomotive series R E 32 of the DB, era III, with sound, in direct current (DC), H0-gauge
New for 2021: After the series E 52 (item no. 51824) and E 91 (item no. 51540), PIKO is now bringing another important representative of the old electric locomotives with the E 32. The rod drive with its spoked wheels, in a short design, shows the relationship between the old-style electric locomotives and the steam locomotives, with a 1´C1 ´´ axle arrangement, like the original. Now PIKO has implemented this piece of railway history in miniature. The model corresponds to the operating condition of Era III.
Special features are the finely recognizable details, such as the riveting on the roof, attached parts such as sandboxes, bells, brake hoses and hand bars. Contemporary lamps as well as the filigree pantographs of the type SBS 10 round off the model optically.
Technically, the model knows how to inspire with a standard built-in light change in LED technology with red rear lighting.
