Postage

If the item (s) ordered are available, we will send you a parcel (Deutsche Post AG). All parcels are posted in Hilden are insured with Euro 500,00. If desired, we will insure your deilivery with a higher amount for an additional charge to be paid by you.

Available items will be delivered within a few days; new models and items to be ordered on behalf of you will be sent to you upon receipt thereof.

Direct debiting	postage: Euro 5,90	We will deduct the amount invoiced from your account by direct debiting. The details of your bank connection must be given in writing, or they have already been given. This method of payment is not possible for new customers.
Invoice sent in advance	postage: Euro 5,90	We will send you an invoice of the items ordered or which are ready for dispatch. After payment by cheque or credit transfer delivery will be effected.
Credit card	postage: Euro 5,90	The amount invoiced will be passed to your debit. The details of your credit card (i.e. number plus validity) must be given in writing or they have already been given.

Postage - foreign countries

(We send parcels to any country in the world)

In case of deliveries to countries outside the EU German VAT will be deducted automatically. In case of deliveries to EU member states VAT can only be deducted, if you have given us your VAT register number.

Invoice sent inadvance	postage: see list	We will send you an invoice of the items ordered or which are ready for dispatch. After payment by cheque or credit transfer delivery will be effected.
Per Kreditkarte	postage: see list	The amount invoiced will be passed to your debit. The details of your credit card (i.e. number plus validity) must be given in writing or they have already been given.

If the item(s) ordered are available, we will send you an economy or premium parcel (Deutsche Post AG). All parcels are posted in Hilden and they are insured with Euro 2500,00.

Available items will be delivered within a few days; new models and items to be ordered on behalf of you will be sent to you upon receipt thereof.

Terms of payment - deliveries abroad: invoice sent in advance or credit card.

In case of remittance abroad you will have to pay the bank charges. A remittance to our account with the "Deutsche Postbank AG".

The most convenient way for both sides would be paying by credit card.

Modes of dispatch:

1.) Economy parcel:	Air transport and land transport, most favourable rates in international parcel service. Example: Europe - Parcel will arrive in Italy or Switzerland within 5 - 9 days. Example: Overseas - Parcel will arrive in the USA or Japan within 9 - 21 days.
2.) Premium parcel:	Air transport, express service for international parcels. Example: Europe - Parcel will arrive in Italy or Switzerland within 2 - 4 days. Example: Overseas - Parcel will arrive in the USA or Japan within 5 - 7 days.

Postage: parcel weighting 3 kg - in case of parcels exeeding this weight the actual postage will be charged.
