This address belongs to the administration of our www presence. In case of technical (or other) problems regarding our web site, if you have suggestions, if you want to praise or to criticize our online editors, this is the right address to use. If you want to comment on a particular page, you can do this most easily by using the link that you'll find at the bottom right corner of ever page.

Please do not send inquiries about your order to this address, because your request will be dealt with more quickly if you send it directly to Klaus Kramm. Don't be afraid to bother him, he will delegate things as appropriate to ensure fast response.
